Animal Encounters
Up-close animal encounters at Maymont's Virginia Wildlife Trail — meet porcupines, coyotes & bears.
Reserve a special hands-on encounter with live wildlife including porcupines, coyotes, and black bears along Maymont's scenic Virginia Wildlife Trail. Available on Saturdays and Sundays, these guided moments bring kids face-to-face with nature and teach them about local ecosystems and animal behavior.
