Author Event: Jon Kukla's Patrick Henry, Champion of Liberty

Historian and author Jon Kukla will discuss his acclaimed book about Patrick Henry, exploring the revolutionary leader's many contributions to American independence beyond his famous declaration. During this hour-long session, Kukla will share insights from his work as a former director of historical research at the Library of Virginia. Attendees will have the opportunity to purchase copies of the book and get them signed by the author. This program is geared toward adults interested in early American history and is part of the library's series commemorating the 250th anniversary of American independence.
