Botanical Incense: Autumn Scents

Learn to make your own fragrant incense during this hands-on workshop led by Clare Reines, the Garden's Conservatory Horticulturist. You'll blend natural resins, herbs, oils, and woods to create custom autumn scents while discovering the science and history behind incense making. All materials are provided, so you'll leave with your own handcrafted incense and the knowledge to craft seasonal blends at home. This two-hour class works well for adults interested in plants, crafts, or trying something new. Registration is required in advance through the Garden's website. Membership pricing is $62, and non-member admission is $78.
