Costume Swap
Swap outgrown costumes for new-to-you ones at Henrico County Public Library.
Bring gently-used costumes your child has outgrown and exchange them for fresh costume options at the LM Storytime Room. The library also accepts donated costumes to expand the selection, making this a fun, budget-friendly way to refresh your child's dress-up wardrobe.
