Falling for Leaves: A Floral Design Workshop

Celebrate autumn's most beautiful colors and textures at this hands-on floral design workshop. You'll learn to create striking arrangements that blend golden leaves, fiery branches, and fall flowers into nature-inspired designs. Led by floral designer Kate Hugo Vernon, the class welcomes all skill levels and focuses on simplifying the arranging process while keeping creativity front and center. Kate's approach—"Mother Nature has already done the hard part"—makes this a fun and accessible introduction to floral design. Before you come, gather a few supplies: bring your own clippers and a black or dark-colored container no larger than 7 inches across. Flower frogs (also called Kenzans) are strongly encouraged but optional. Registration is required and costs $82 for Garden members or $103 for non-members.
