Firefighter Visit
Meet a real firefighter and learn fire safety through stories and hands-on fun.
Your little ones will get to meet a real firefighter and learn what it takes to keep our community safe during this special visit. Designed for preschoolers and toddlers, this program invites kids to hear stories from our Henrico County Division of Fire friends and get an up-close look at how firefighters work. If a fire truck is available, children may have the chance to see it in person—a highlight most young visitors find unforgettable.
This is a wonderful introduction to community helpers for the youngest learners. The program gives kids a chance to ask questions and feel more comfortable around the people who help keep neighborhoods safe. It's a great way to spark curiosity about the world around them.
