Henrico Community Authors Showcase

Meet author Justin E. Scarborough and explore brain-teasing puzzle challenges.

Join the Henrico Community Authors Showcase, an evening celebrating local writers and their work. This event brings together community authors who share their published books with readers and fellow writers. It's a chance to meet the people behind the pages, learn about their creative projects, and discover new reads from people in your area. Whether you're a devoted reader, aspiring writer, or simply curious about local talent, you'll find engaging conversations and a welcoming atmosphere. This particular showcase will feature Justin E. Scarborough discussing his book *BrainPower Number Square Challenges*, which contains 90 logic puzzles designed to build reasoning and problem-solving skills. Scarborough is a doctoral student in neuropsychology at Howard University and has also created a cognitive activity app. The event welcomes adults and teens (middle and high school), making it a great outing for families with older kids who enjoy puzzles, learning, and meeting authors.
