Honey Tasting Workshop

Michael Sandridge, an experienced beekeeper and honey producer, will lead this tasting workshop designed to help you develop a more discerning palate for honey. You'll learn how to identify and appreciate the distinct flavors and characteristics that different honey varieties offer, depending on whether they come from flower, fruit, or tree sources. This is a hands-on opportunity to taste several types and understand what makes each one unique. The workshop welcomes teens and adults ages 12 and up. Registration is required, and space is limited to 6 participants.
