Internet Basics: Getting Started

This hands-on class introduces adults to web navigation and internet fundamentals. You'll get a guided tour of the basics, and a class handout is provided so you can review the material ahead of time. The session runs two hours, giving you plenty of time to practice and ask questions in a supportive setting. This class works best if you're already comfortable using a keyboard and mouse. If you need to brush up on those skills first, the library offers a separate Computer Basics class focused on keyboard and mouse skills. Large-type keyboards are available upon request.
