Mechanicsville Teen Advisory Board (TAB)

Is your teen looking for a way to connect with peers while making a real difference? The Mechanicsville Library's Teen Advisory Board welcomes young people ages 12 through 18 to join monthly meetings where they can relax, enjoy snacks, and play games together. More importantly, this is a genuine opportunity for teens to voice their ideas about what the library and community need to better serve young people. Meetings happen the second Friday of each month, and participation counts toward service credit hours—a great addition to any volunteer resume or college application.
