Mother Goose Storytime- Mechanicsville Branch

Mother Goose Storytime is designed for babies and toddlers between 6 and 24 months old, with a caregiver by their side. This short session combines classic nursery rhymes, singing, and read-aloud stories—all the ingredients that help the littlest learners develop language skills and enjoy story time together. It's a welcoming, interactive experience where your child can engage with words and rhythms in a fun, low-pressure setting. The program runs for just 30 minutes, making it perfect for fitting into busy family schedules. You'll meet in the Mechanicsville Branch's Meeting Room A on the kitchenette side. This regular weekly program gives you a chance to connect with other families and build early literacy routines with your baby or toddler in a supportive community setting.
