Open Maker Session at the Makery at Boxyard RTP (Ages 6+)

The Makery at Boxyard RTP is a creative space where kids, teens, and adults can explore hands-on making projects together. During open sessions, visitors have access to materials and tools to work on their own creations, with staff on hand to help with setup, technique questions, and inspiration. All supplies are provided, so you don't need to bring anything except your ideas. The space is designed to be welcoming and safe for makers of all skill levels. Sessions run from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and again from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Children ages 6–13 must have an adult present, while teens 14 and older can attend on their own (with a signed parental waiver).
