Rain Barrel Workshop

Join the James River Association for an evening focused on sustainable water conservation. This free workshop introduces families to the organization's River Hero Homes program while teaching practical skills you can use right at home. You'll learn how rain barrels work and get hands-on instruction on assembling and installing one, so you'll feel confident tackling this project yourself. If you're interested in purchasing a 55-gallon rain barrel kit to take home, kits are available for $50 and require advance registration through the James River Association's online form. The workshop runs 90 minutes and is designed for adults. Please note that registrations are currently fully booked, but you're welcome to reach out to North Park Events with questions about future opportunities or potential openings.
