Reign Dance Project: Stories in Motion – Chesterfield
Movement and storytelling come alive through dance at the Children's Museum.
Reign Dance Project presents Stories in Motion, a 30-minute class that invites children to explore stories through movement and dance. Rather than sitting still during a traditional story time, kids will use their bodies to connect with narratives, developing language skills, gross and fine motor abilities, and learning to follow multi-step directions along the way. This program was designed specifically for the Children's Museum and welcomes all children to participate.
Whether your child is a natural performer or just enjoys moving around, Stories in Motion offers a creative, inclusive way for young learners to engage with literature. The class combines dance-based activities with literary learning, making it a unique experience that goes beyond typical story programming. It's a wonderful option if you're looking to add some active, imaginative play to your museum visit.
