Sensory Friendly Nights – Chesterfield

The Children's Museum opens its doors on the third Friday of each month for an evening designed with families of children with disabilities in mind. These free nights run from 5:00 to 7:00 pm and give your family a chance to explore the museum in a more relaxed, accommodating environment. Simply check in at the front desk when you arrive—no advance registration needed. During sensory friendly nights, the museum provides extra support to help everyone have a comfortable experience. A dedicated cool-down room is available if your child needs a quieter space to regroup, and the museum offers sensory supports throughout the evening.
