STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

Storytime outdoors in the gardens at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Bring your little ones for a morning of stories, songs, and nature exploration in the Garden. During Storytime in the Garden, children and caregivers gather to read together, sing, and celebrate early literacy while surrounded by plants and outdoor beauty. Whether your child is a seasoned listener or brand new to group activities, all ages and abilities are welcome. Rain or shine, the program happens every Friday and Saturday morning, so families can choose what works best for their schedule. After the stories and songs wrap up, kids get to make a craft to take homeβ€”a nice hands-on way to extend the fun. Regular Garden admission covers participation, and if your family holds a membership, entry is free. It's a wonderful way to help build your child's love of reading and nature at the same time.
