STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

This program invites families to gather in the garden for an interactive storytelling experience. Every Friday and Saturday morning at 10 am, from February through October, a facilitator leads young children through stories and songs designed to spark interest in nature and reading. The session wraps up with a hands-on craft activity that kids can take home. The event welcomes children of all ages and abilities, so whether you have a toddler or older siblings tagging along, there's something for everyone. Admission to Storytime in the Garden is included with your regular garden entry fee, making it a nice bonus activity during your visit. If you're already a garden member, this program is completely free. The best part? The events happen rain or shine, so you don't need to worry about weather canceling your plans. It's a wonderful way to combine outdoor time with early literacy in a relaxed, welcoming environment.
