STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN
Stories and nature at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.
Bring your little ones for a morning of stories, songs, and nature exploration in the garden. During Storytime in the Garden, children and caregivers gather to share books and sing together while surrounded by plants and outdoor beauty. The session wraps up with a hands-on craft activity that ties into the day's theme. Rain or shine, this program welcomes all ages and abilities, making it a relaxed way to introduce young children to both literature and the natural world.
Storytime runs every Friday and Saturday morning at 10 a.m., with each session lasting about an hour. The cost is simple: admission is included with your regular garden entry fee, and the program is completely free for garden members. It's a wonderful way to spend a morning while fostering early literacy skills and helping children develop a love of nature.
