STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

Storytime outdoors in the beautiful Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Bring your little ones for a delightful morning of stories and songs set among the garden's beautiful plants. This program happens every Friday and Saturday at 10 a.m. from February through October, offering a wonderful way to spark both early literacy and a love of nature. The session lasts about an hour, and afterward, children get to enjoy a hands-on craft activity. The program welcomes all ages and abilities, so siblings can participate together regardless of where they're at developmentally. Admission to this event is included with regular garden entry—just one more reason to spend the morning exploring the grounds. Current members enjoy free access. Whether you're looking for a structured activity to start your weekend or hoping to nurture your child's curiosity about the natural world, this is a relaxed, welcoming option. The program runs rain or shine, so dress accordingly and plan to spend some quality time together outdoors.
