STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

Stories come alive in the garden at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Join us for an outdoor storytelling session where children and caregivers gather to share books and songs together in the beautiful garden setting. These sessions happen every Friday and Saturday morning at 10 am throughout the spring and fall months, welcoming families regardless of age or ability. The hour-long program combines reading and singing with a hands-on craft activity afterward, making it a well-rounded experience for young learners. This program is designed to build early literacy skills while fostering a love of nature and the outdoors. The best part? If you have regular garden admission, storytime is already included at no extra cost. Members get in free. Come rain or shine—it's a wonderful way to spend a morning in the garden with the little ones in your life.
