STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN
Story time outdoors at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden—magical setting for young listeners.
Join us for Storytime in the Garden, a weekly program designed to spark a love of reading and nature in young children. Each session runs from 10 to 11 a.m. and features stories and songs shared in the beautiful garden setting. Whether it's sunny or rainy, we gather to celebrate early literacy and help kids connect with the natural world. After the stories and songs wrap up, children enjoy making a craft to take home.
This program welcomes children of all ages and abilities, making it a relaxed, inclusive experience for families. The cost is simple: admission is included with regular Garden entry, and the program is completely free for Garden members. Sessions run every Friday and Saturday from February through October, giving you plenty of opportunities to join us throughout the year.
