STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

STORYTIME IN THE GARDEN

Stories come alive in the garden at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden.

Join us for Storytime in the Garden, where children gather to enjoy books and songs surrounded by nature. This weekly program runs Friday and Saturday mornings throughout the growing season, giving young ones a chance to build both early literacy skills and an appreciation for the natural world. After the stories and singing, families participate in a hands-on craft activity together. The program welcomes children of all ages and abilities, rain or shine. Each session lasts about an hour. If you're already planning a visit to the gardens, storytime is included with regular admission—and it's complimentary for garden members. It's a lovely way to combine a favorite activity with outdoor exploration.
