Teen Hangout
After-school hangout for middle & high schoolers with games, activities & supervision.
Teen Hangout gives middle and high school students a relaxed place to spend time after school. Geared toward ages 12–18, this supervised program runs for 90 minutes and includes games and activities to keep teens engaged. There's no need to sign up in advance—just show up whenever you can make it during the session.
The program meets regularly throughout the month at the Mechanicsville location. If your teen has questions about what's happening or needs to discuss any accessibility accommodations, the library staff is happy to help.
