Teen Hangout

Looking for a welcoming after-school space for your teenager? The Mechanicsville Branch hosts Teen Hangout, a supervised program designed for students in grades 6–12. Each session runs for 90 minutes and includes games and activities to keep everyone engaged. There's no need to sign up in advance—teens can simply drop in whenever it works with their schedule. The library staff will be on hand throughout the program to ensure a safe, inclusive environment.
