Teen Workforce Workshop: Resumes

High school students in grades 9–12 are invited to the first session of a two-part workshop series designed to help teens prepare for life after high school, whether that means entering the workforce or pursuing higher education. During this 90-minute session, participants will work with a professional resume writer to create and polish their resumes. The hands-on guidance will help teens develop a strong document to use as they apply for jobs or colleges. This is an online event, and registration is required—each teen needs their own spot. While both parts of the workshop series are valuable, attendance at this first session doesn't lock you in; each workshop registration is separate, though we encourage interested teens to participate in both. The event is free and made possible by the Friends of the Library. A limited number of seats are available, so register early to secure your teen's spot.
