Tween Craft Club
Tween craft hangout with friends—try new media and creative projects each week.
Is your tween looking for a creative outlet and a chance to connect with peers? Tween Craft Club brings together kids in grades 4-7 for an hour of hands-on artistic exploration. Each session features a rotating selection of craft materials and techniques, so your child never knows exactly what medium they'll be working with—whether that's paint, clay, collage supplies, or something entirely different. The library provides all necessary materials; your tween just needs to bring curiosity and willingness to try something new.
This is a casual, social gathering where kids can chat, collaborate, and make new friends while creating. It's perfect for tweens who enjoy art but don't need formal instruction, or for those curious about trying crafts they've never attempted before. All supplies are included, so there's no need to purchase anything in advance. For questions about the program, reach out to the library staff at LM_Manager@henricolibrary.org or 804-501-1940 x6.
