Virtual Page to Screen Book and Film Club

This online book and film discussion group brings together adults who enjoy exploring stories that have made the leap from page to screen. During each session, participants engage in meaningful conversations about the books and films being studied, discovering how stories translate between mediums and what makes them resonate with audiences. The library makes it easy to access the materials you'll need—you can borrow digital copies through the Hoopla platform or check out a physical book from the library itself. For the June 29 session, the group will be discussing "Red Dragon" by Thomas Harris. This program is designed for adults 18 and older who want to deepen their appreciation for literature and film while connecting with other book lovers in the community.
